How to increase your dragon's rank in Dragon Atlas

The Receptionist at the right side of Rainbow Town, Starlight Town and Dragontongue City will trade you Relics (to increase your dragon's rank) for certain amount of Puppet Dragon I. Note that there are 3 different kinds of Relics: Green, Blue, and Purple.
